A fun and interesting activity to learn about local dishes in Hoi An
Itinerary: Our tour guide will pick you up at lobby from 10h00 am, then cycling together to local fish market in Hoi An town by Hoai romantic river. The distance between our hotel and market is about 4km. Enjoy shopping around and chating with local vendors in busy charming trading atmosphere. Buy for yourself some food ingredients, fresh vegetables, fruits, ect. Back to hotel after 01 hour or 1.5 hour wandering at the market. Take a break within 15 -30 minutes and get ready for your cooking class. Chef be ready at Aira Garden Restaurant by the pool.
You may choose to learn cooking some specialities of Hoian such as Banana Flower Salad, Mango Salad, "Cha Gio" (srping rolls), "Cao Lau", "Banh Xeo", "Quang Noodles", and other maincourse...We can customize your request upon arrival!
